Project Control Manager, Amsterdam

We are looking for a Project Control Manager to work on a contract for an international mobile telecommunications provider based in Amsterdam.

The organisation is a world-leading telecommunications solutions provider serving 35 of the world's top 50 telecom operators, their products and solutions are deployed in over 100 countries. Over 1 billion people globally are communicating using the organisations telecom products and solutions.

The role is to lead on the delivery of ongoing network rollout projects, controlling the progress of the projects, ensuring there is sufficient resource, and coordinating with various departments and external partners.

You will be responsible for the planning and integration of network sites and will take responsibility for the following duties.

- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Work with Project Finance Team to manage project budget
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Quality assurance in co-operation with Quality manager
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Produce Project evaluations and assessment of results

We are looking for a Project Control Manager that is able to display the following experience and skills.

- 3G/4G Network rollout experience
- Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering/IT
- 3 years' experience in Project Control Management
- Team leader with strong analytical related to Project work
- Proactive, self-motivated and with strong communication skills
- Proficient in English
