Project Consultant

CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY - HR PROJECT CONSULTANT - BUCKINGHAMSHIRE - FINANCIAL SERVICES -£200-£350PD

My Financial Services client based in Buckinghamshire requires a PROJECT CONSULTANT to assist a key change programme.

SKILLS

- Excellent PROJECT experience 3 YEARS +
- Excellent experience of delivery HR PROJECTS using standard PROGRAMME/PROJECT management METHODOLOGIES, FRAMEWORKS and TOOLS
- Knowledge of local GOVERNMENT and wider PUBLIC SECTOR/EXTERNAL influences.
- Manage relationships with CUSTOMERS, monitor INBOUND and OUTBOUND service levels experience of programme/project management METHODOLOGIES
- Evidence of being able to handle both BUSINESS AS USUAL and PROJECT WORK and distinguish between the two
- Drive and deliver COMPLEX work programmes requiring a high level of TECHNICAL EXPERTISE.
- Make decisions and prioritise work taking account of STAKEHOLDER REQUIREMENTS.

ESSENTIAL:

- CIPD chartered membership or EQUIVALENT for Systems professionals

DESIRABLE:

- Educated to DEGREE LEVEL or equivalent standard
- Project manager QUALIFICATION eg PRINCE II

RATE: £200-£350pd (depending on experience)

CONTRACT: 6 months initial
