Project Co-Ordinator (Auditor of IT Infrustructure)

An amazing 16 month contract exits within a large government organisation for a Project Co-ordinator to show off your organisational and managerial skills. You will be responsible for auditing the IT infrastructure with a view to minimising interruptions to information services due to infrastructure failures. You will work in a team to provide continual access to corporate applications and systems.

Key responsibilities:
* Meet project deadlines and goals
* Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, monthly reports and financials as per the PMO reporting requirements
* Co-ordinate internal and external project meetings and associated documentation
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage and maintain project documents and administration
* Manage external vendors
* Complete required tasks as directed by the Project manager and/or PMO

Key requirements:
* Certified in Project Management, Preferably Prince 2 or equivalent
* Previous Project Co-ordination experience in diverse and complex environments
* Experience in managing financials
* Experience in reporting against established KPIs
* Highly developed skills in computer literacy within business productivity products (Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Experience in tracking and documenting all IT equipment as part of an ongoing process is highly desirable
