Project Change Manager - Derivatives - Manchester - 6 Months +

One of the world's largest Asset Management companies are looking to recruit a Project Change Manager for an initial 6 months contract with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be working within the Derivative Services Group that provides trade capture, confirmation and life cycle event processing across multiple platforms and multiple derivative products.

Routinely there are various complex project efforts and process improvements underway that span multiple aspects of our operating models.

This role will be to drive those initiatives through to a successful conclusion.

Responsibilities:

- Complete all documentation to the highest standard including:
- Scope, objectives and project plan maintenance
- Assessment, tracking and management of constraints, assumptions, issues, risks and dependencies
- Risk mitigation and issue resolution
- Issue escalation
- Status tracking, reporting and presentation
- Stakeholder management, ensuring that deliverables are being met
- Meeting organisation, management and recording
- Project closure

Skills and experience requirements:

- Extensive project management experience
- Knowledge of the custody industry or derivatives experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills including prioritisation and multi-tasking
- Good IT skills including MS Project
- Good presentation skills
