PROJECT ASSISTANT IS URGENTLY REQUIRED IN ZURICH
Connect44 is looking for a new PA/project assistant to join the team. EU citizenship, Chinese speaking! Other candidates will not be reviewd
Requirement:
Main Responsibilities:
Ø supporting the project management with the purchasing process
Ø Operation and Data maintenance of all related Project delivery IT Tools
Ø Follow-up on open issues
Ø Team Support
Experiences & Qualifications:
Ø Good organization skills
Ø Easy going with IT tools (a must)
Ø Mastering Microsoft-Office tools (good know-how in excel is a must)
Ø Preferable: education in the area of business or technical fields
