IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Project administrative assistance and overall program coordination for the IS TRACKIT program
-Project budget controlling and finance follow up for the IS TRACKIT program
-Qualification and Validation support for the IS TRACKIT program
-Support for the key users training organization: communication, logistics organization, reports, certificates key tasks & responsibilities
-Ensure and maintain tracking of project-related costs (forecast, committed, actual, estimated to complete)
-Follow up of related invoices, contracts, POs and other related documents
-Provide advanced project support in all administrative interactions with global and local colleagues
-Provide assistance to the delivery team for validation
-Ensure project documentation is accurate ready and complete, maintain documentation database including reformatting, scanning and filling
-Adjust and implement training strategy using existing training tools and coordinate key users training sessions from logistics organization to report
-Drive vendor issues and enhancements tracking as well as ensure coordination and prompt delivery
-Can be given functional role (business analyst) in the course of the assignment
-Appreciates and experienced working with remote project team

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Basic Project Management knowledge
-Operating knowlege of IS tool (e.g. SAP)
-Proficiency in using MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Strong organizational skills
