For our international client based in Basel, Experis is currently looking for a Project Assistant to start on a new project. The position will focus around the control of the deliverables which are done in a quality that ensures they servce their purpose.

General information:
* Start date: 15.06.2017 (latest start: 30.06.2017)
* End date: three months later
* Extension: an extension might be possible
* Work location: Basel
* Workload: 100%
* Team: Workday Implementation team

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Coming close to the end of the delivery phase of the project we need to ensure that all deliverables are done in a quality that ensures they serve their purpose.

For the deliverables with regards to documentation we are seeking a short-term support that will help us with:

* Ensuring consistency in the process documentations
* Creating additional simplified process documentations for the most critical HR business processes
* Ensure consistency within the requirements document (and supporting material) and support the different delivery teams with the simplifying the document

You bring for this role the following qualifications:

* Previous experience in a pharmaceutical environment
* General knowledge of HR processes
* Experience in multinational Matrix organizations
* Fluent in English

Nice to Have:
* +++ Preferred experience with HR/IT
* ++ knowledge of business process modelling
