For our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a

PROJECT AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (60% - 3 DAYS A WEEK)

MAIN TASKS:

- Support a Team for 3 days/week (possible extention to 4 days/week within 2016)
- Providing project management support by actively supporting project managers and carrying out project controlling, as well as administrative tasks within the team
- Technical Document preparation and upload for every release
- Manage approval workflow: System Specs, CIA, TS and others
- Administration of Change requests.
- Prepare forms or create them if needed.
- Training coordination. Prepare and maintain folders for the team.
- Order office supply and hardware
- Administrate team meeting minutes. Weekly.
- Organize monthly meetings and events
- Monthly Consultancy costs reports
- Assist Project Managers in daily business

REQUIREMENTS:

- Basic Knowledge in HPSM
- Experience with Document Management Systems
- English is a Must

START: 01.12.2015
DURATION: 13 MONTHS
LOCATION: BASEL
