Project Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
o Monthly data collection and validation
o FTP management
o Financial data analysis
o Report creation and distribution
o Determining metrics and measures to best measure processes; identify best way to display data graphically
o Reach out to identified resources to gather information not known; data sources currently not provided
o Identifying contacts to work with, conduct meetings with contacts, publish meeting minutes capturing discussion topics and action items for process redesigns
o Coordinating with business process and IT system owners globally to gather information as required
o Reviewing facts and assist with determining next steps in process redesigns
o Providing weekly status updates for management team

SKILLS:

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
o Advanced user of Microsoft Access & Excel - MOST IMPORTANT
o Some Visual Basic for applications
o Experience either in IT or with working with IT
o Financial data analyses
o Cost reduction initiatives
o Project planning and execution
o Business Objects Infoview & Web Intelligence XI 3.0 (Create Queries, Modify Queries, Use Complex Filters, Use Multiple Data Sources, Design Reports, Schedule Reports
o English language, strong verbal & written communications
o Project execution including cross-cultural teaming
o Ability to work across large, global organization
o Works independently, self-starter, takes own initiative
o Analytical, problem solving skills
