Project Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monthly data collection and validation.
- FTP management.
- Financial data analysis.
- Report creation and distribution.
- Determining metrics and measures to best measure processes; identify best way to display data graphically.
- Reach out to identified resources to gather information not known; data sources currently not provided.
- Identifying contacts to work with, conduct meetings with contacts, publish meeting minutes capturing discussion topics and action items for process redesigns.
- Coordinating with business process and IT system owners globally to gather information as required.
- Reviewing facts and assist with determining next steps in process redesigns.
- Providing weekly status updates for management team.

SKILLS:

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

- Advanced user of Microsoft Access & Excel required.
- Some Visual Basic for applications.
- Experience either in IT or with working with IT.
- Financial data analyses.
- Cost reduction initiatives.
- Project planning and execution.
- Business Objects Infoview & Web Intelligence XI 3.0 (Create Queries, Modify Queries, Use Complex Filters, Use Multiple Data Sources, Design Reports, Schedule Reports) a plus.
