Project Administrator - Dublin - 3 Month Contract

Next Generation are searching for a project administrator to contribute essential administrative support to coordinate an increasingly busy PMO function. You will be the coordinator of multiple projects running concurrently for the PMO and it is your job to make sure all the controls are in place and that the compliance is being met in terms of process/procedure and best practice. The client is looking for someone who can work closely with all departments maintaining strong and collaborative working relationships with managers at all levels of the organisation. You will be directly responsible for the PMO/Projects administration, scheduling meetings and updating all project documentation.

The environment in which you will operate in is very fast paced, so the ideal person will be coming from busy environment (retail, supply chain, manufacturing) in order to deal with the pace set here.

Requirements:

- Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Project
- A bachelor's degree
