Primary Tasks and responsibilities

Deployment management

Project planning and deliverables

Planning and re-planning of the deployment calls between EMEA and local teams

Follow up on meeting notes and agreed actions

Planning simulation

Tele-calls management

Stakeholders maintenance

Strong Communication skills verbal and written

SDLC documents maintenance

knowledge of IT Processes

In this role, Project assistant will work closely with the other Workstream leads of the Technical Team, Business Readiness, Compliance, Business Design

Maintain the meetings and call planning.

Maintain stakeholders and distribution lists
