Programme Training & Communications Lead

Programme Training, Communications Lead, FATCA, KYC, Client On-Boarding, Regulatory, Trining Strategy, Resource Planning.

Programme Training & Communications Lead required by a leading bank, to ensure that the training and communications across the FATCA programme is properly planned and managed and that specific content is defined and provided to local training partners.

You will be accountable for the delivery of all aspects of training and communications for the programme globally.

The overall programme aims to ensure that all businesses are trained in FATCA and that consistent communications are provided both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will have gained significant experience of developing and delivering training strategies and plans, including resource planning, across multiple project streams and multiple geographies, with the ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into agreed detailed training plans.

Further required skills include extensive experience in the design of training course content and accompanying supporting materials, classroom system training delivery in global environment and experience with authoring and or implementing elearning.

Responsibilities will include identifying the training needs of the businesses in respect of FATCA, identifying how these needs can be satisfied within the required timeframes, considering Group training collateral and resources and producing the Terms of Reference for the stream.

You will also be required to create a plan detailing the global and country level activities and resourcing required, whilst creating a risks and issues log for the stream and creating innovative approaches for delivering training and communications to have maximum impact and take up utilising a variety of media.
