Programme manage the END TO END DELIVERY OF A VOICE OVER IP MOBILE NETWORK project.
Manage and co-ordinate a team of project managers tasked with delivering the component projects/streams within the programme.

This is a long term daily rate contract opportunity, to work with a Multinational Telco group. Based in their start of the art South Dublin HQ.

If you have strong project experience in A TELCO ENVIRONMENT, relating to DELIVERING VOIP PROJECTS, you may be a good fit for this opportunity.

(Telecoms PM with IP PM experience)

Responsibilities

- Delivery and test of a programme to deliver a full VOIP data network infrastructure including Care, Billing and IT system integration.
- Manage the programme delivery from start up through to service launch and through post launch warranty period.
- Build a detailed project plan across all projects and track progress against it.
- Build a project team and organize them to deliver on programme targets.
- Manage vendors to ensure they deliver on time and on budget to the agreed SOW.
- Manage the interface between Network teams and IT teams to deliver on provisioning, care systems and billing systems integration with the VOIP network.
- Manage programme financial budget.
- Run project meetings and track risks/actions/issues/decisions/delays.
- Report on progress to key stakeholders/steering group/senior management.
- Clearly and effectively action/mitigate/escalate any risks/issues that will impact the programme.
- Manage Change Requests to the programme.
