Programme Manager (German Speaking, Mobile Payments)

PROGRAMME MANAGER (GERMAN SPEAKING, MOBILE PAYMENTS, MOBILE WALLET, MOBILE BANKING)

We are recruiting for a German speaking Programme Manager with an opportunity working around the development of mobile payments, mobile wallet and mobile banking products. The successful Programme Manager will work for the UK based client who is looking to deliver a mobile payment solution for a well recognised German client, and therefore the Programme Manager will spend most of their time in the UK site, with some travel to client site in Germany.

THE SUCCESSFUL PROGRAMME MANAGER WILL HAVE AN IN-DEPTH UNDERSTANDING OF MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES, AGILE DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENTS, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE MOBILE AND/OR PAYMENTS SPACE AND WILL ALSO HAVE A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF THE FULL PAYMENT TRANSACTION LIFE CYCLE - COVERING THE MERCHANT, ACQUIRER, ISSUING BANK AND THE CARD HOLDER/CUSTOMER PAYING USING MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES.

THE SUCCESSFUL PROGRAMME MANAGER WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO SPEAK GERMAN

The Programme Manager will:

- Work with clients (within Germany) and internal teams to identify, plan and co-ordinate a set of projects to implement a business change programme for a client incorporating this organisation's technology, operational methods and partnerships.
- Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the programme
- Ensure appropriate and effective governance arrangements, supported by comprehensive reporting
- Identify, escalate and resolve dependencies, issues and risks from the client to ensure project success
- Acting as a gatekeeper for formal changes and deliverables
