SKILLS experienced in relevant technology solutions (products and solutions) to resolve complex business problems
- EXPERIENCE WITH FLEXCUBE, TEMENOS, MISYS, SAP CORE BANKING, FIDELITY OR ANY OTHER CORE BANKING PACKAGE
- BEEN INVOLVED IN 1+ END TO END CORE BANKING TRANSFORMATIONS.
- SHOULD HAVE REAL GOOD DEPTH TO ENGAGE WITH PRODUCT TEAMS (SAP, TEMENOS, MISYS, AND ORACLE IMPLEMENTATIONS A BIG PLUS)
- Should be able to manage large scale transformations - should have been a program director over one large scale banking transformation
- Track record of intellectual leadership in one or more areas of banking
- Able to build service offerings in core banking
- Promotes thought leadership in area of expertise, which is core banking
- Should have over 12+ years overall experience, all in Financial Services with most
- Ability to interact in at a CxO level
