_PROGRAMME MANAGER - CONTRACTOR_

South West

Reporting to the Director of Digital Development, this is a key role in the leadership of the Digital Development Department. You will be directly responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the Programme, managing such aspects as project scheduling & governance, programme risks " style="color: #000000;">Take responsibility for the delivery of a strategic programme of change and portfolio of interrelated projects.
-Plan and design the programme and proactively monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
-Managing Stakeholder expectations and reporting progress of the programme at regular intervals to the Board and Senior Stakeholders
-Management of the Project Management team
-Ensuring that the delivery of new projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, time and budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements
-Ensuring the Programme Budget is managed and controlled
-Ensuring that there is efficient allocation of resources and skills across the programme
-Managing third party deliverables to the programme
-Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
-Managing risks to the programme's successful outcome
-Defining the programme's governance arrangements and ensuring compliance

SCREWFIX SKILLS

-Proven Programme Management experience, preferably in the retail sector
-Managing end-to-end project life cycles, from shaping, sizing and cost modelling through to development, business readiness and release management including 3rd party deliverables
-Experience of managing projects of at least £1million in size
-Experience of governance and risk management
-Experience of working with Agile methodologies. Eg: XP, SCRUM, DSDM etc
-Management of onsite " style="color: #000000;">Experience of working within a matrix management system
