Working with Stakeholders the Program Manager is responsible for:
Defining program/project objectives.
Defining and managing program/project scope.
Establishing program/project delivery strategy.
Developing and managing the integrated project plan.
Defining and managing program/project budget.
Identifying, sourcing, and managing required skills and resources.
Identifying and managing program/project risks and issues along
with mitigating strategies.
Creation of estimates for the Business Case
Provide timely/accurate reporting
