Programme Manager - Call Centre Implementation - 6 months - Netherlands

Amoria Bond require a Programme Manager to assist our client in a call centre implementation. You will hold overall responsibility for the implementation of the systems whilst reporting into the various Steer Co's, liaising with vendors and of course the planning. We need a Programme Manager who has experience of implementing Contact Centres on a large scale and someone who is familiar with Call Centre technologies, such as IVR, Dialer, ACD, Workforce Management and Speech Analytics. You must also have Agent Desktop experience. From RFI to implementation.
