FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE
- Establishes credibility easily with senior colleagues and external parties. Exceptional influencing and persuasion skills dealing with sponsors, clients & other key stakeholders
- Assertive, diplomatic approach gets best resolution for programme deliveries from company teams, 3rd party partnersrequires all PMs to produce regular financial updates to complete programme-wide analysis for Board/Steering/Sponsor/Client updates
- Continually looks for process, methodology and technical improvements, encouraging ideas from all sources, supports presentation of proposals for senior consideration
- Motivational leader of people. Establishes atmosphere of trust and loyalty, excellent man-management skills. Dedicated to developing others to achieve success. Lives values of equality and champions anti-bullying and anti-discriminatory policies in line with Staff handbook
- Leads programme-wide analysis of issues and facilitates discussions to bring most effective/efficient resolution, ensuring communication to all affected parties is completed
- Attention to detail - including application to commercial sensitivity and info security
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and stand-up presentation. Could present on behalf of company to any external audience if required
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and consistent commitment to apply highest governance standards within a complex regulatory environment. Makes sure of compliance from all staff within programme
- Willing and able to deputise for Portfolio Manager in key areas, inc: line management, client liaison and reporting
- Competent user of: MS Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Industry recognised professional qualification
