Programme Manager

Our Client required a seasoned Programme Manager to provide the appropriate Governance, Management, Control, Focus and Planning across the programme, supporting an effective and successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, quality, and meets the agreed business requirements. The Programme Manager's role is to ensure that full programme of works is delivered to approved scope, timeline, budget and quality. The ideal candidate will be PMP/MSP Certified with a track record of delivery at the Programme Level, managing capital budgets in excess of €40 million. The programme has multiple streams change, financial, and the Programme Manager will be required to provide direction and leadership to the project managers and team members on the project, supporting a successful delivery. Prior construction Programme Management experience is very strongly preferred.

The following Knowledge, Skills & Experience are required:

Project/Programme management accreditation desirable (eg PMP, Prince2)

Demonstrated Programme Management track record in complex environments with tight budgets and strict timelines.

Strong Financial Management experience essential.

Strong people leadership experience essential.

Outstanding collaboration and partnership capabilities.

Construction project/programme management experience desirable, but not critical.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve critical programme issues.

Proven ability to build trust and relationships within programmes, and the broader impacted client environment
