PROGRAMME MANAGER - DUBLIN - 450 EUROS MAX - START ASAP
We are recruiting for a large client of ours who is currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager to work for an end client. The individual would have been involved packaging and deployment of virtual applications to a large user base in Financial Services.
SUMMARY (10+ YEARS WITH STRONG PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT SKILLS)
- Identification, planning and co-ordination of IT programmes and projects
- Maintaining strategic input and visibility over all IT programmes within your remit
- Ensure that all inter-dependencies are managed and that standards are maintained across the life cycle of different projects
- Allocating resources to ensure project teams are appropriately resourced
- Ensuring Financial visibility within the programme of work
- Monitor and ensure the progress of each project within the programme
- Supporting continuous improvement through the review of project and programme structure
- Co-ordination of relationships with and between key business and IT stakeholders, during the design, management and implementation cycles
- Participate in various governance forums for status reporting and reviews
- Driving focussed controls on budgeting and spends process.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE (VERY BASIC UNDERSTANDING)
- Datacenter infrastructure
- Citrix XenApp and XenDesktops
- Applications packaging concepts
- Windows virtualisation concepts
- Active Directory, SCCM etc
- Storage devices and management
