Programme Manager

My client is looking for a Programme Manager for a 12 month FTC to provide an independent perspective to oversee the whole business transformation project during a time of restructure. My client has grown significantly over the past 5 years with the acquisition of a number of organisations. The client operates across multiple sites with one central IT function of 10 staff. The organisation is looking to set its next 5 year strategy with key objectives of provision of excellent customer services and having services fully digitalised over the next 2 years.

The Programme Manager will need to scope out, implement, manage and review various projects to provide "quick wins" as well as providing long-term strategy for business transformation enabling lasting improvements within the organisation.

The existing CRM system and workflow processes need optimising and there is a 2 year business transformation planned.

Immediate accountabilities and tasks will be

Process review and management
Digitalising the document management systems
Ensure the IS function is providing effective service provision
Plan single group wide CRM implementation
CRM Workflow optimisation
