PROGRAMME GOVERNANCE MANAGER

*Maintenance of an effective programme plan to support the delivery of responsibilities
oTo increase health visiting capacity by 4200 FTE;
oTransform the profession (model of health visiting service); and
oTransition the service to local government from 2015.

*Strengthen and implement strategy for performance reporting, management and improvement. Maintain an up-to-date health visitor programme risk register to include corresponding mitigating action and to clearly articulate responsible owners of actions.

*Coordinate and provide robust external and internal governance of the health visiting programme, including responsibility for all report commissions relating to the programme

Highly Desirable:

-Knowledge of and experience with the Healthy Child Programme and national Health Visitor Programme

Essential Experience:
- Working at National Level where they have proven track record of delivering Quality and Assurance.
-Excellent record of achievement at senior management level in a complex, multi-functional organisation for project and programme management
-Project management qualification Prince 2
