Programme Director - Change Management - Insurance, Claims, Personal Lines - Guidewire (Claimcenter)

Leading UK based insurer are looking for a highly experience senior level Programme Director to join their team on the south coast to lead the delivery phases of their new personal lines claims transformation programme. They are implementing a brand new claims systems based around Guidewire and are looking for a highly experienced Programme Director/Manager to manage the change and transformation end-to-end over the next 18 months.

The role will involve leading the programme and associated SME's through the full delivery cycle. You will manage the change life cycle and have a strong appreciation of claims and ideally Guidewire products. You will work closely with a range of technical teams and various business units in order to delivery effectively over the next 1.5 years.

To be considered for the role of Claims Programme Director you will have:

-Strong Programme Management background delivery large scale, complex change programmes
-Strong background in insurance and claims ideally within personal lines business units
-Ideally experience with Guidewire based products
-Experience of working in ideally a consultancy or professional services environment
-Experience of managing technical teams and SME's as well as managing other PM's and alike
-Very strong senior stakeholder management skills and experience

Personally you will be very driven and highly delivery focus with the ability to build relationship with senior execs and have a proven track record of doing so. You will be able to work at all levels and have first class communication skills. You will be a positive thinker with tenacity and the ability to work in challenging high pressure environments.
