Programme Change Director

Proteus Europe is searching for a Programme Change Director; this role is based in Antwerp, Belgium. It could be a long term contract role or permanent role - Dependent on preference.

The Phase 1 of the Business Simplification project involved the creation, implementation and communication of Business improvement plan, building the Business Capability Heat Map to assess the maturity of these capabilities, creating individual processes for Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer fulfilment and service.

The Phase 2, in its simplest form, will include creating the individual processes for HR, IT, Finance capabilities and manage the deployment of - 13.0 Develop and Manage Business Capabilities- like:
- 13.1 Manage Business Processes
- 13.2 Manage Portfolio Program and Project
- 13.3 Manage Enterprise Quality
- 13.4 Manage Change

So, this phase involves developing and managing business capabilities through process governance and continuous improvement initiatives, to achieve quick wins and drive long term success of FCR Media Belgium improvement efforts.

The scope of work for this phase, contains four major work streams (defined independent of the Business capabilities):
- Governance - Fully define and implement with Category, Capability and Process Owner roles
- Process Management - Move from process definition to execution and measurement
- Continuous Improvement - Define and Implement an enterprise CI program
- Change and Communication - Ensure the change is understood, managed and it - sticks-

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills:- We need folks with experience on Lean methodologies or APQC methodology. Business consulting experience would be required. Someone with more focus on business side than technology and program management.

- Senior Leadership Experience across business and technology
- Experience driving transformational change both business and technology
- Experienced in both technical and business architecture
- Proven program leadership in a challenging business environment
- Direct experience helping organizations design and implement a digital operating model
- Must have integrity, competence and professional excellence with humility
- Ability to manage multiple projects for business transformation
- Interact with key stakeholders to identify the existing gaps in various business processes and try to fix those
- Good understanding of Digital Transformation using Cloud SaaS, DevOps and Analytics
- Well versed with Agile and Lean principles. Knowledge of APQC and SAFe would be preferred.
- Experience with moving to an offshore/outsource model successfully
- Around 12-20 years of experience
