Program Specialist - Energy Efficiency Programs

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Manage customer energy efficiency programs/services to ensure that they are performing effectively and achieving high customer satisfaction. This will include developing success metrics, tracking trends, and creating reports.
Identify and champion the development of new or improved processes/programs/services.
Build and manage key relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal customers.
Administer and monitor contracts with vendors, ensuring that services paid for are received, disputes are resolved, and bills are paid on time. Work with Supply Chain on the development of new third party contracts and contract amendments.
Develop and manage program budgets
Lead the development of formal program compliance reports for the Public Service Commission.
Identify and coordinate training opportunities for both internal employees and customers.
Develop and present training materials to vendors and internal employees.
Identify opportunities to promote our statewide energy efficiency program, and assist in development of marketing collateral.

SKILLS:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of a four-year degree, business administration or communication preferred
Demonstrated competency in providing excellent customer service
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively operate in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
