9-12 Month Assignment

Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for a project/program management professional to join one of their clients for the duration of 9-12 months. The company is a leading global provider of advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products.

Based in: Dublin City Centre
Basic Salary: ~70k (EUR) + healthcare, pension and additional benefits
Start: ASAP (4 weeks of notice accepted)

A leading video share platform is seeking a Program Manager to join their team for a contract role.

In this role, unique challenges and new responsibilities will arise everyday!
-You strive in fast-paced, dynamic and proactive environment
-You will support and develop the next generation of content creators as well as overseeing a team of associates supporting increasingly large base of partners.
-You will experiment and innovate to launch scalable solutions to support, educate and develop partners in Europe.
-You will liaise with technical teams; recommend improvements to processes, tools or educational resources; enhance the user experience helping increase loyal partner base.
-You are highly organised and excellent communicator as you will become a key contributor in the quarterly strategic planning and work with Marketing and Product teams to project manage the development and implementation of scalable partner engagement solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a team of content operations associates.
- Coach the team of temporary and full time workers to achieve concrete targets every quarter.
- Define and implement scalable business practices to identify, educate, support and grow new partners.
- Play central role in helping team build content metrics and management "business infrastructure" tools.
- Lead research and analysis that helps determine content category/vertical strategies. Maintain deep understanding of product roadmap.
- Coordinate all activities with the Global Content Operations Teams and be the point of contact for all partner operations in EMEA.

Minimum qualifications:
- BA/BS degree

Preferred qualifications:
- MBA with an excellent academic record
- General people management experience, plus partner/account management or business development experience essential
- Experience leading or implementing projects with cross-functional teams
- Project management experience and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and competing priorities
- Broad understanding of the online media platforms; content publishing.
