PROGRAM MANAGER/VENDOR MANAGER
On behalf of our client, a financial institution, we are looking for an Program Manager/Vendor Manager. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Main responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Coordination of the commercial discussions with the selected Vendor
- Management of all activities related to the elaboration of the business case
- Management of the Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.
- Project Plans, formulating and gaining approval for activity plans, reporting against plans, work breakdown structure documentation and management
- Define and drive project management tasks in the areas of quality control and task management
- Work with internal stakeholder groups
- Manage financials against defined budgets
The skills and experience needed for these positions are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a Technology field
- Senior program manager, 5 years of Project/program management experience in a major organisation, and overall 8-10 years of work experience
- Strong experience of Vendor engagement
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the development and approval of complex business cases involving outsourcing
- Solid IT Infrastructure background, specific experience of database technologies, ideally Oracle
- Be structured, systematic and analytical in their approach
- Negotiation-level English skills, German is a plus
