Programme Manager (Program Manager/Project Manager) fluent English/Mandarin (essential), 5+ years experience in similar role, 2+ years experience in billing, OSS, BSS, software integration, Siebel CRM.
Managing the integration and deployment of a Telco solution utilising Object Orientated technologies. 5+ years of experience with OSS/BSS (B/OSS) integration, with at least 3 years of pure cloud Program Management experience. Knowledge of Siebel CRM, billing process in a Telco. Integration within provisioning and billing systems.
Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) would be highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of virtualisation (VMWare) and Middleware (WebSphere, JBOSS) technologies.
Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin - START ASAP
