Program Manager - IT Infrastructure Managed Services, Lisbon

Edelway is a Pan-European professional IT Services with over 200 employees currently on assignment with our global clients across Europe. Our 2014 turnover was over 36m EUR and we are on track to deliver a substantial increase in terms of new clients and business again in 2015.
To support the development of our activities in Lisbon, we are now looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Program Manager to coordinate and deliver IT Infrastructure Managed Services for one of our established account.

THE ROLE

Own the overall management of Edelway engagement, seen as a multi-year Program driven by its objectives, based on our Client priorities, providing one point of accountability for all other Services. Lead the programme structure in line with best practices (pre-programme, initiation, set-up, delivery of benefits, closure).

-Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the engagement covering Design, Build and Operate/Maintain
-Programme benefits management
-Programme roadmap, Project scheduling and steering
-Global Risk management
-Global Communications Management
-Supplier Contract management
-Supplier Service Catalogue Management, in line with the Innovation process
-Participation to the Governance framework

Your daily task will cover the standard PM work
Running the Program Management Office, Quarter, Monthly, Weekly reporting.
Plan, Coordinate PgM (Projects, Architecture, Run, Contract)
PgM Objectives accountability, PgM Charter
Service Catalogue Management
Escalation, Emergencies, SPOC

Prepare a Programme Charter and a Transition Plan as a first task to map projects and the start of Operational Services over the duration of the engagement in order to meet the identified benefits. As the global Governance leader, you will bring structure and organization in very complex project, subject to many evolutions, foreseen and unforeseen.

YOUR PROFILE

-At least 10 years' experience leading and delivering IT Infrastructure Management Services both onsite and offshore for a large IT Services company.
-Experience offering offshore or nearshore IT Infrastructures services to global clients.
-A solid PMO experience running multi-millions IT programs
-Fluent English
-ITIL, PMP or Prince2 certified
