Program Manager - Identity & Access Management

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Program manager, responsible for 3 major projects - circa $10m-$15m budget accountability - in the domain of identity and access management
- Ability to manage large teams (40-50 direct staff) both on and offshore
- Reporting to Senior Executive stakeholders
- Responsible for leading team with project managers in execution of standard program management disciplines to ensure tracking and management of program outcomes.

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience/demonstrable understanding of identity and access management
- Track record of delivering complex technology/security programs/projects in a large corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage to and influence Senior Executive stakeholders
- Expertise in reporting/communicating technology concepts in business terms,
- Strong focus on financial management, adept at risk/issue management, ability to manage conflicting priorities
