-Manage a team of service managers, project managers and solution designers
-Transform and coach organization into a service based approach
-Develop new products and services based on an efficient sourcing strategy (external/internal providers)
-Establish and steer a service lifecycle management including the according governance
-Ensure proper service delivery on best practice ITIL service management implementation
-Manage P the way you think and work is characterized by your keen skills of perception and your pragmatism
-You have entrepreneurial creative drive and a sense of personal responsibility
-You have the ability to build up a good client relationship
-You can communicate at all corporate levels (staff/management board) on a well-founded basis and explain complex matters clearly
-You are happy to work in an international environment in which you can apply your business fluent command of written and spoken English; the local language is German
