Program Manager with profound Digital Partnerships knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the manufacturing sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- Ability to perform as Project Manager proving a structured and systematic way of working
- Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing key work streams including Program Management, Partnership Governance, Architecture Integration, Solution Development, Joint Marketing and Joint Sales
- Collaborating with the partners' key stakeholders, specifically Program Managers as well as with the Ability Digitalization team, ensuring the solution pipeline is up to date
- Tracking the key partner KPIs and operating the governance model including monthly and quarterly reports as well as providing partner budget tracking and reporting
- Document major achievements and milestones as well as maintaining and updating joint sales activities including KPIs, Volume, projects, etc.
- Supporting the executives' daily work by coordinating and prioritizing project responsibilities, also providing presentations and other deliverables
- Assisting the Ability Marketing Team before, during and after projects with solutions launches, events and PR activities
