Role
Senior Program Manager (AMOA) for the development and deployment of complex CRM implementations.
Our client requires a senior profile in order to oversee the wide scale of the project and effectively manage the numerous actors (internal & external suppliers) involved in its delivery:

Requirements
- Animate various business & CRM solution workshops with the various businesses units involved
- Assist the project manager in managing & chairing steering committees, producing deliverables, providing status reports, etc.

Activities include:
- Prepare the project steering committees and producing their minutes
- Organize workshops with business actors and complete deliverables accordingly
- Prepare and follow the project monitoring committee
- Monitor the risks and create & enforce action plans
- Coordinate various pre-requisites and project planning

Functional & Technical skills
- CRM system/functional knowledge
- Project management
- AMOA

Mandatory requirements
- Able to work in project languages French & English
- Able to write deliverables in English
- Minimum 5 years of project work experience with CRM projects.
- Strong expertise in terms of project management, gathering of customer needs (ability to gather information, to convince various stakeholders, etc.)
- Previous experience in a similar CRM role would be an advantage
