Je functie: The Program Manager will be in charge of transformation projects related to the deployment of Digitalisation Services external and internal ( Web portal, EDI, CRM, … ). He'll report to the Head of BPS (Department Business Processes and Systems).
The main missions are :
- Program Management :
o Translate the Strategy into Business transformation projects and or IT projects in strong interface with the Business owners (Collaborative design) .
? Business specifications, Business cases, …
o Build a roadmap / IT Multi Year plan
o Animate the program, put in place program Steering Committees, Projects Steerings, Program KPI's, …
o Guarantee the coherency of the program
( Business consistency, architecture coherency, … ).
o Program Follow up .
- Manage the transformation within the different Business Team (CMO, BD's, Plants).
Communication, Change Management, training coordination, …
His main internal customers will be the CMO Management, the CMO central teams, the sales agencies and the different Business Divisions.
The position can be either located in Belgium - Liège or Gent either in Luxembourg .
He will be integrated in BPS as of end of August 2015 for a long term mission.
Je profiel: Business background in Sales, Supply Chain and Planning in the industrial sector.
Min 10 years Experience in Change / Program management in an international Company with multiple sites. Methodology acquired in a big Consulting Company is mandatory.
High presentation / formalisation skills. Used to communicate to Management.
Languages: English, French
We are looking for someone who is "process and system minded". Team spirit, user orientation , high presentation skills and the ability to adapt to and understand a complex environment are the main competences needed to fulfil the function requirements.
Regular travels ( 30% ) during mission are part of the job.
