PROGRAM MANAGER - BANKING - PRAGUE
We are currently seeking an experienced Program manager to start ASAP for a global banking organisation for a 12 month + extend contract.
SKILLS:
1. The integration work stream manager
A. The role is, at a high level, is divided into the following areas.
A1 - Developing, testing and implementing gaps that are specific integration gaps - that is gaps that are not covered by modifications to the core banking system but are instead related to the integration of the core banking system to the surrounding satellite systems (around 200).
A2 - Implementing these integration gaps to a timeline dictated by the main MACH release schedule.
A3 - Ensuring that all interfaces (whether modified or not) and surrounding satellite applications are available in the correct environments in line with the overall MACH timeline.
A4 - Agreeing test plans with the Test Manager. Fixing integration gap defects during the testing phases.
2. The Planning manager is responsible for the development and tracking of a program level plan that joins the activities of all work streams, all interdependencies, all high impact context projects And all sub-activities such as Regression Testing, Data Migration. He/she will also track day to day progress against the plan
