Program Manager- ACT`

A rare and exciting opportunity for a Program Manager has been created in an Australian Government organisation for a 3 month contract. This will be an opportunity to manage a large and complex program.

THE ROLE

- Initiate the program including establishment of appropriate governance;
- Develop a detailed plan to engaging all relevant stakeholders to deliver the program
- Development of a design blueprint detailing the proposed solution
- Deliver the required outcomes and lead the delivery aspects of the program.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan design and deliver a multi million dollar program of work within a strong governance framework
- Experience delivery of program of work involve multi government agencies across the different levels of government
- A working knowledge of the various governments registers supporting the business community
- Ability to work with project managers, project team members and business representatives to deliver project outcome
- Demonstrated ability to be self motivated with minimal direct management and the demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to share & transfer skills to other staff through mentoring, meetings and documentation
