Program Manager

Looking for Program Manager with at least 6 years of Program Management experience in the Financial Services industry. This position will be Boston based (onsite). Individuals should be self starters, have excellent communication skills and be able to meet with director level colleagues.

Responsibilities:

* Manage Business Case creation and approval process.
* Responsible for a portfolio of complex, critical and cross functional projects through the entire life cycle.
* Responsible for provision of timely reports on project status and representing Change Management at relevant Steering groups, Project Control Committees (PCC) and Project Working Groups (PWG).
* Ensure effective team identification of and act as escalation point for project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies within the program portfolio.
* Define and manage the scope of the projects in agreement with project sponsors, own and manage program goals, risks, issues and resources.
* Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business so that these contribute both to the effective operation of the business unit as well as the development of the unit business plan.

Qualifications:

* At least 6 years of Program Management experience in the Financial Services industry.
* Prior experience with Basel, Risk etc is highly desired.
