Program Manager

*OUR CLIENT IS THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST\'S SIGNATURE SOFTWARE CORPORATION SEEKING A QUALIFIED PROGRAM MANAGER FOR A GREAT CONTRACT POSITION.*

OVERVIEW

- Provide program readiness support and coordination with Channel Management, Supply Chain, Audit Team, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver high level briefings to stakeholders
- Capture and post meeting notes, program documentation, Visio flows, PPTs, and polished artifacts that will be provided to senior leadership
- Document business model meetings and decisions with stakeholders
- Apply structure and methodology to the project and management of such, including the creation, management, and updating of all required PMO documentation, including project plans, vision and scope documentation, plan of record, RACI matrices, change control tracker, issues and risks log, and all other applicable PMO toolkit documentation
- Manage and coordinate project activities across (virtual) teams
- Manage project milestones and status reporting
- Facilitate team/project meetings and steering committee meetings, and provide meeting notes to capture all action items and decision points
- Issue and risk management, including action item follow-up
- SharePoint site content management
- Solicit, receive, follow up, and store approval signoffs on key project deliverables
- Create project-related PowerPoint presentations for the purpose of updating various stakeholders on project progress, including project Summit meetings and quarterly reports out

QUALIFICATIONS

- 2-4 years of program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills required
- Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications
- Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
- Ability to foresee and analyze project risks and mitigate subsequent issues
- High-powered analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills to all levels (including Executive level)
- Experience working with external vendors

This contract position is expected to be 5 months in duration.
