The business program manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of revenue cycle projects and will be accountable for delivery of projects within scope, schedule, budget, and with quality. Healthcare experience is required. Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle preferred. This is a high level position within the national revenue cycle group which is part of clients finance organization. 

Ideal candidate will maintain a strategic focus, and manage complex inter-project relationships. Candidate will possess the ability to lead and provide an environment with project managers and project leads that drives to superior results despite challenges. Responsibilities include managing a project utilizing proprietary process for Project Management, and also managing supply and demand to ensure adequate resources are available and delivery commitments are met. Candidate will act as the primary interface for the business partners and the initiative. Candidate will manage timelines, status reports and statistics. Role requires ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential. Also, effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources. Candidate will have demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships. 

Education/License/Certification: 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care Administration, Operations Research, Public Health Administration, or other related field, Master's degree strongly preferred.

PMP Certification required. 

Qualifications: 
Five or more years of experience in Healthcare required. 
Demonstrated ability to determine the key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multidisciplinary perspectives. 

Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis. 
Proven leadership skills in project management and consulting. Must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and results orientation. 
Demonstrate an understanding of the operations, health policy trends, and any applicable regulations related to the responsible technical area. 
Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. 

TOP 3: ABILITY TO MANAGE A PORTFOLIO OF COMPLEX PROJECTS, REVENUE CYCLE EXPERIENCE, PRIOR CLIENT EXPERIENCE WOULD BE HIGHLY DESIRED
