Program Manager

The UAT Tester Analyst/Contractor will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the CDHC Transformation Project in various KP regions, including overseeing development & implementation of the UAT test scenarios, test scripts and testing tools using the detailed Business and Functional requirements documents. The role will also be responsible for regional test data request from client IT partners and defect management/reporting.

SCOPE OF WORK
Scope includes all the requirements are covered in testing the Eligibility, Claims Files and SSO for 1/1/13 Launch.
Testing is completed within established time and that objectives conform to the business requirements.
Manage End to End testing- Including creating test data request document, validation of expected data in the Eligibility and Claims files prior to transfer to Vendor platform, File Error Management Process, validation of data on Vendor portal, validation of reporting capability on portal, validation of various portal access points (Administrator, Employer and Member) and verification of various business processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Writing test scenarios and scripts using business and functional requirements.
Conducting test scenarios and scripts reviews with appropriate stakeholders.
Work with the business, technology, and operations to execute UAT test scripts in all regions except HI and OH.
Developing test data request Matrix for participating regions using CM, FS and CM and working with KPIT partners to create test data.
Logging, triaging and reporting of defects into the defect tracking tool (Quality Center).
Escalating key testing issues/risks and providing feedback to the stakeholders.
Facilitating defect and testing check point meetings.
Coordinating and participating in UAT planning and execution with National Product Ops Team, Regions, Vendor, KPIT and Other stakeholders.
Contribute in creation of UAT Test Strategy, UAT Test Plan, and execution schedule.

DELIVERABLES:
1. Comprehensive and approved Test Scenarios covering Eligibility and Claims File Testing, Error Management Process, Portal Validation and Reporting.
2. Comprehensive and approved Test scripts covering above.
3. Defect Tracking and Reporting from Quality Center.
4. Test data request matrix.
5. Issues and Risk Reports with related resolution and mitigation.
6. Standing check point meetings for entire testing period.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience supporting User Acceptance testing or QA.
2. Experience with management, creation, and execution of test scenarios and test scripts is required.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Experience with Quality Center (defect & test plan tool) is a plus.
5. Analytical and problem solving skills is required.
6. Experience with CDHC products is preferred.
7. Healthcare background is a plus.

Candidates should have 5 to 10 years experience UAT Testing.
Project management experience is required (PMP preferred)
Must function independently, be resourceful -- will be making decisions on own
Must have excellent people skills-- will be partnering with Business and Technology groups
Must be flexble with their schedule- will have business partners on different time zones/geographic areas- there may be ot, especially at implementation time.
Bachelors degree Preferred, Minimum of Associates degree required. PMP preferred

Covering maternity leave, so could be extended into 2013.
