SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
- Strong experience in Pharma leading change initiatives and leading complex document management related projects.
- Ability to efficiently simplify complex topics and quickly identify and highlight key issues.
- Ability to manage complex set of senior stakeholders and drive decisions and consensus.
- Ability to effectively interact with senior stakeholders (VET, VET-1) and drive for results.
- The candidate must have expert understanding of Document Management categorizations (eg GxP, PII, and SPII) and Document Management systems.
- Language: English speaker
