Program Director iEMR

Reporting to Delivery Director, you will ensure the successful strategic management, oversight and delivery of large scale, complex health systems related programs and projects.

Your skills and experience in delivery sophisticated healthcare related systems and track record in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with complex stakeholder groups will hold you in high regard for this role.

Your responsibilities include:

- Leading, managing and delivering key releases as per binding contractual arrangements.
- Leading, managing and delivering the Hosting and Managed Services (HMS) components within high-level agreements
- Overseeing the successful delivery of multiple programs comprising complex and high risk projects.
- Directly support the Delivery Director as an executive member of the Executive leadership team.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships and negotiations with all stakeholders
- Providing expert advice and strategic direction into Program outcomes and project deliverables against stringent criteria
- Adopting and implementing best practices against prescribed methodologies and policies
- Managing and reporting on program health and performance against program/project plans and budgets.

As the successful applicant, you will have:

- Demonstrable track record in delivering complex, enterprise level programs with varied and geographically dispersed stakeholders
- Significant sized ICT program, preferably in the health sector
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor multiple multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
