Program Coordinator

For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a
Program Coordinator

As a Program Coordinator on the Engineering Education team, you will be dedicated and focused on providing top-quality support for the coordination and seamless delivery of training programs. In this role, you will develop positive working relationships with engineers and colleagues at all organizational levels and ensure that engineers are getting the training that they need to be productive. You are a self starter with demonstrated project management, organizational and communication skills. You should be extremely proactive, responsible and detail-oriented.

Tasks
- Manage scheduling, coordination and communication of training classes in multiple locations
- Schedule classes and book training rooms via Calendar
- Schedule and communicate with facilitators to ensure that all classes are covered
- Be the point person on email questions coming into email aliases from students and facilitators
- Be available to answer questions during the week from facilitators/students (ie need new batteries for mic, cant get the projector to work, last minute substitute needed, etc.)
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with a large team of volunteer facilitators

Qualifications:
- strong organizational skills
- strong written and verbal skills
- positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch-in
- prior experience working with engineers and/or coordinating trainings a plus
- A flexibility and able to make quick adjustments when unexpected changes arise
