Professional Systems Analyst (Communication & Collaboration) 80-100%

Our client, a major pharmaceutical company based in the Basel area, is looking for a talented PROFESSIONAL SYSTEMS ANALYST (COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION) 80-100%. This is a contract role until the end of February 2018.

Background:
In the team of IT for Group Communications there is a transition period which includes activities around the following topics:

- Implementing a new CMS to manage the group Internet site. This includes the decommissioning of old CMS
- Implementing/developing new CMS for affiliates Internet sites
- Implementing a new group-wide Intranet which consists of the migration of ~500 Intranet sites into the new Intranet solution. This includes the decommissioning of old Intranet management systems
- Implementation of Digital Registry tools to manage digital channels across the organization
- Implementation of a new Operating Model which includes the transferring of several activities to near shore locations. This also includes the review and establishments of processes and roles

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

A System Consultant is needed to support the team in the following activities which are linked to the above situation:

- Livelink applications decommissioning, and migration to new web content management system (Sharepoint 2010 for Intranets, Magnolia for Internet).
- Development of CMS Templates in Adobe Experience Manager for affiliates
- Establishment of operating model for affiliates in AEM
- Adobe and Google Digital Analytics
- Review of current process, implementation of a new process and procedure including the interaction with near shore and offshore location people.
- Implementation of Digital Registry tool to manage digital channels across the organization
- IT Component Owner: Complete the implementation of IT Component Ownership and associated process
- Hand-over the solution to ADMD team in Poland for sustainable operations
- Write down corresponding documentation, test scripts, and charters according to the company's Project Management Methodology

MUST HAVES:

- Expert-level knowledge and proven experience in Opentext Livelink technologies with 5+ years
- Expert-level knowledge and proven experience in AEM technology with 5+ years
- Recognized expert-level knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes with 5+ years of experience in the area of Analytics (especially Adobe Analytics and Dynamic Tag Management, Google Analytics), preferably with broad industry exposure
- Deep knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in SharePoint, and preferably knowledge on the company's Touch Point solution, including Nintex knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and experience in Java with Oracle 11 DB to the extend it is needed for the development of the solution
- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent understanding of complex landscapes and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.)
- Excellent ability to communicate with different stakeholders, not only what is being done and how, but also why

NICE TO HAVES:

- +++ Former Pharma Experience, PMM and with the tools involved for maintaining a project is a big plus.
- +++ Project Management experience to manage the tasks according to the company's Methodology
- ++ SCRUM/Agile methodology
- ++ ITIL, Lean
