Currently we are looking for a Professional Systems Analyst (Communication & Collaboration) (50% Assignment), to join our client in Basel.

Background:

In client's team of IT for Group Communications there is a transition period which includes activities around the following topics:
- Implementing a new CMS to manage the group Internet site. This includes the decommissioning of old CMS
- Implementing a new group-wide Intranet which consists of the migration of ~500 Intranet sites into the new Intranet solution. This includes the decommissioning of old Intranet management systems.
- Implementation of new Digital Asset Management system, including the migration and decommissioning of old media library.
- Implementation of a new Operating Model which includes the transferring of several activities to near shore locations. This also includes the review and establishments of processes and roles.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for a System Consultant to support the team in the following activities which are linked to the above situation:
- Livelink applications decommissioning, and migration to new web content management system
- Digital Analytics Practice:

o Adobe and Google Digital Analytics - Review of current process, implementation of a new process and procedure including the interaction with near shore and offshore location people.
o Implementation of Kaltura Video Analytics process and solution
o Cross channel analytics
- IT Component Owner: Complete the implementation of IT Component Ownership and associated process
- Write down corresponding documentation

Must Haves:
- Expert-level knowledge and proven experience in Opentext Livelink technologies with 5+ years
- Recognized expert-level knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes with 5+ years of experience in the area of Analytics (especially Adobe Analytics and Dynamic Tag Management), preferably with broad industry exposure
- Deep knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in SharePoint
- Knowledge and experience in Java with Oracle 11 DB to the extend it is needed for the development of the solution
- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent understanding of complex landscapes and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.)
- Excellent ability to communicate with different stakeholders, not only what is being done and how, but also why

Nice to Haves:
- Project Management experience to manage the tasks according to client's Methodology
- SCRUM/Agile methodology
