Professional Systems Analyst 80-100%

For our well-known client in Basel we're looking for a Quality Professional Systems Analyst (Communication & Collaboration) 80-100%for a 7 months project.

Background:
In our team of IT for Group Communications we are in a transition period which includes activities around the following topics:

- Implementing a new CMS to manage the group Internet site. This includes the decommissioning of old CMS.
- Implementing/developing new CMS for affiliates Internet sites.
- Implementing a new group-wide Intranet which consists of the migration of ~500 Intranet sites into the new Intranet solution. This includes the decommissioning of old Intranet management systems.
- Implementation of Digital Registry tools to manage digital channels across the organization
- Implementation of a new Operating Model which includes the transferring of several activities to near shore locations. This also includes the review and establishments of processes and roles.

General information:
- Start date: 01.08.2017
- Latest start date: 01.09.2017
- End date: 30.04.2018 (if start is late possible eg in January, until end of June 2017)
- Extension: It is possible and considered
- Work location: Basel
- Workload: 100% (80 to 100% would be possible)
- Remote/Home Office: Possible, prior to approval, but not preferred (1 day per week max.)
- Travelling: Not required
- Additional information: Medium-size team in Basel (7 people) and close work with Poland.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
We need a System Consultant to support us in the following activities which are linked to the above situation:
- Livelink applications decommissioning, and migration to new web content management system (Sharepoint 2010 for Intranets, Magnolia for Internet).
- Development of CMS Templates in Adobe Experience Manager for affiliates
- Establishment of operating model for affiliates in AEM
- Adobe and Google Digital Analytics
- Review of current process, implementation of a new process and procedure including the interaction with near shore and offshore location people.
- Implementation of Digital Registry tool to manage digital channels across the organization
- IT Component Owner: Complete the implementation of IT Component Ownership and associated process
- Hand-over the solution to ADMD team in Poland for sustainable operations
- Write down corresponding documentation, test scripts, and charters according to the Roche Project Management Methodology

Must Haves:
- Expert-level knowledge and proven experience in Opentext Livelink technologies with 5+ years
- Expert-level knowledge and proven experience in AEM technology with 5+ years
- Recognized expert-level knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes with 5+ years of experience in the area of Analytics (especially Adobe Analytics and Dynamic Tag Management, Google Analytics), preferably with broad industry exposure
- Deep knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in SharePoint, and preferably knowledge on Roche Touch Point solution, including Nintex knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and experience in Java with Oracle 11 DB to the extend it is needed for the development of the solution
- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent understanding of complex landscapes and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.)
- Excellent ability to communicate with different stakeholders, not only what is being done and how, but also why

Nice to Haves:
+++ Former Roche Experience, PMM and with the tools involved for maintaining a project is a big plus.
