Professional System Engineer - Sharepoint/Touchpoint and Java

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

Professional System Engineer - SharePoint/Touch Point and Java

About the project:

Our client is looking for someone that supports their Business Partners with process and system solutions to perform the reconciliation between two applications which contain similar data. Each of those applications has its distinctive focus and both target different business goals.
Application 1 is a web-based Java application with Oracle 11 database, and is a validated (CSV) solution. Application 2 is a SharePoint (Touchpoint) based application.

MAIN TASKS:

- Support the definition and implementation of a business process for the reconciliation of those two applications
- Perform the reconciliation of the two solutions according to the defined process and related requirements
- Automate the reconciliation process and/or establish a process by which the user enters the data in only one tool and the second tool is automatically updated
- Hand over the solution to ADMD team in Poland for sustainable operations
- Write down corresponding documentation
- Leveraging the consultancy skills and experience of the person, propose the implementation of one single tool to manage both needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Deep knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in SharePoint, and preferably knowledge on touchpoint solution, including Nintex knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and experience in Java with Oracle 11 DB to extend it for the development of the solution (if needed)
- Project Management experience to manage the tasks according to the used Methodology
- SCRUM/Agile methodology
- Proven experience in developing similar solutions

DURATION: 2 months (+ 1 month possible extension)
