MY DUTIES:

-Implementation and validation of systems and IT processes in the manufacturing area
-2nd Level Support
-Support for different projects
-Once onboard on-call support
-Close collaboration with internal and external partners like business, informatics, engineering and suppliers

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound experience in the relevant area (similar tasks and activities, e.g. 2nd level support for applications, IT project support, ideally in the manufacturing area)
-Profound experience with Application Management
-Degree in Informatics or Engineering
-Experience in specifying, configuring, testing and documenting of systems and applications
-Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and have a high service orientation
-German speaking
-SQL/Oracle knowledge
